I read the quilting arts magazine which recently issued a challenge to readers to produce and submit an abstract piece based on the series of articles that Liz Berg wrote....so this is mine

based on this portion of my front door

my Mom designed this window and her Dad ( my Grandfather now dead ) made for me gorgeous Huh???

I actually like it in any orientation...wonder if that is the definition of abstract....

The window is such an awesome piece of visual genealogy for you that makes your abstract quilt all that more precious!
