not quilting

I have been working on my nieces wedding dress. I'll post a picture...I am not very interested in working on traditional clothing anymore...I used to do so much sewing for my kids...I find it so boring now....but this is for love so I am putting aside creativity and just doing it! I am unhappy with the hooks and eyes that took so long to sew on ...I think I will take them off and try again. Her wedding is in Las Vegas, I have never been there and have no particular desire to go.There will be 7 of us going and we cannot afford to fly so it will be a cozy 17 hour ride each way.
