personal
Yesterday I invited some family members for dinner....and at the table some personal confessions were made by a member of our family who has lived a long life with his secret...it involves base instincts and less than socially acceptable ...he has hidden this and acted it out in very poor and unsafe ways....I do not object to the inclination....just the way he has chosen to act upon it......so so sad to think that a person could have had a "love" that included the physical but instead has lived "a lie" and suffered the effects...as have his children ....and now his grandchildren......my husband cannot talk about this.....his Dad.....fortunately our son was here and he was the most helpful....first he diffused and then he said "I love you"...with out reserve...I am proud of him...and sorry for my husband.....oooof....I am off to the clay ball tonight to see how much someone will pay for "mood-swings"

the Chirstmas Jello mold
My Paternal Grandmother used to make a "Jello Mold" at family events....hers usually consisted of lime jello and cottage cheese....my Mom decided we needed a jello mold in honor of gramma and made this....only Nicloe was brave enought to eat this......in case you cannot tell it is in the shape of a fish.....

My new job!!!
A tour of my new office ( which is the best job ever!!!) this is the operatory where I work.....spent a lot of time today trying to set up a bluetooth head set so I can talk to my computer ......wireless!!!!.....what a great boss
this is "he" Dr. Colin Smith in Lake Oswego...503-635-3653 (in case you are looking for an excellent dentist )...and Gina....the best assistant!!!
And Wendy....she has the best phone answering skills....which is an art when it RINGS ALL DAY.....and she knows every thing...and all the patients are "her favorites" ...that is a good thing ...it is easy to get caught up in the negative aspects of people sometimes......so ...it is all good!!!I forgot to take a picture of the other hygienist....who is a joy ...it is a pleasure to work with un- selfish folks....!!
